Step 1
Give me as much information as you can about what
you do and how you want your logo to look. Do you
have any ideas or am I working with a clean slate?
How many colors would you like? What will the final
logo be used for…a web site, a sign, for print? The
more information you can provide, the better off both
of us are.

Step 2
After a short period of time you will be able to view a
number of different designs based on what was
communicated in step 1. You have as much
time to look over these designs as you want. Next
give me your thoughts and feelings on the designs
you looked over. If you're happy with one then great, your logo can finished and sent to you. Or if you like,
I can show you revisions on a particular design that
you picked.

Step 3
Any type of revision can be made to any design
at this time.

Step 4
When you are satisfied with your new logo it will be
sent to you in a number of standard file formats (see
file formats). These can be sent to you via email or
on a CD for your archives.

Colors:
Your new logo can be designed in 1, 2, 3 or 4
colors. The less colors you have the less printing
costs there will be. 1, 2 or 3 colors are generally
printed as "spot" colors that you can pick or choose.
A 4 color logo is considered "full color" or "4 color
process" (CMYK) and you can have as many colors
that you would like. This means the printer will use
only 4 inks to produce an unlimited palette of
colors to print your logo. If you are only going to be
using the logo on your web site or printing it from your desktop computer then you may not need to consider any costs for printing.

File Formats:
Your logo will be sent to you in a few different formats and sizes so it will be flexible for you to use as you see fit. You will receive your logo in the following file formats... .EPS, .BMP or .TIF, .JPG or .GIF Please specify if you need your logo in any other particular format.

Revisions:
You will have 4-5 free revisions. Any revisions made after that will be charged at $25 per revision.

Viewing:
You will be sent a special an email to view your logo. These designs will be viewable on your monitor but will be very low resolution if you print them out. Your final logo will be sent to you in the formats and resolutions listed above and will look great when printed.
