General Information

Here are some things you may need to know about your new custom designed logo.

Time: The time it takes to complete your logo is entirely up to you. Your logo can
be finished in just a couple of days, or take as long as a week or two. It depends on
how much time it takes for you to decide on a design and how many revisions
you make.

Viewing your logo: You will be emailed a .pdf of your logo design and/or a link to
click on that will send you to a personal web page for viewing.

Receiving your logo: Your finished logo can be emailed, or you can have a
CD-ROM mailed to you.

Additional Artwork: PL Design does offer an additional artwork package to
accompany your new logo. This identity system includes a business card, letterhead
and envelope design/artwork. This will be saved onto a CD-ROM for you to send
to the printer of your choice.
(PL Design will not print or handle any printing of this identity design package.)

Ownership: (copyright/title) of the final artwork becomes the sole property of the
client (you). The client will have unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free usage of the
image upon payment of all fees. PL Design retains the right to display the artwork
in a portfolio, this web site and any advertising materials. All concepts and
other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the client or are not
included into the final delivery, remain the full property of PL Design.

Trademarks/Service Marks: PL Design expects the client to have performed
any research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use
and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the client's legal rights to
any name or image. PL Design is not and will not be held responsible for
any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the
availability of a company name or image.
